Error when reading FOURDVAR(ng)%ObsVar in mod_fourdvar

Description

I think in mod_fourdvar.F line 902 ,total(1) should be set to NstateVar(ng) instead of Nsurvey(ng) as we are reading FOURDVAR(ng)%ObsVar. I wasn't able to run IS4DVAR without this correction.
