Random junk develops along the i=L and j=M boundaries in the vorticity output.

Yes, indeed. It was not computing the right and top edge boundaries of the domain. Thank you.
I also corrected minor typo in get_state.F and the print statement in routine wclock_off. Many thanks to John Warner and Kate Hedstrom for reporting these issues.
