• The 4DVAR algorithms were updated to include the nonlinear and representer models data penalty in the output MODname NetCDF file when W4DPSAS and W4DVAR and related algorithms are activated.

• Corrected a bug in the PSAS algorithms when running in weak constraint mode. We needed to clean-up the tangent arrays.

• Corrected a bug in checkvars.F to process the fields associated with surface forcing and boundary forcing.

A new directory test is created in the repository. It contains several realistic Test Cases. Each application has its own directory structure.

I added the 4D-Var test cases for the California Current System, 1/3 degree resolution, (WC13). It includes several sub-directories for each 4D-Var algorithm:
