ROMS can't be calculated,help me!

Kindhearted persons:
I already have some files,such as .ini,.grd,.clm,.frc and so on.Now I want to calculate my ROMS(It is just upwelling example),but it can't be calculated.I don't know How to modify the file(such upwelling.h and ocean_upwelling.in).

Could you please be more specific about what you are trying to do and what is going wrong? You don't need all those files for the upwelling case. Have you looked through the documentation on the wiki? There is also a manual.

I am now doing a model of the South China Sea in this case on the basis of upwelling.I have used agrifroms to make ​​.ini,.frc, .grd and other documents , and then go into my own calculation Projects.
