2010 ROMS/TOMS User Workshop
Hawaii Imin International Conference Center, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, April 5 - 8, 2010
This is a reminder that the 2010 ROMS/TOMS User Workshop abstract deadline is February 26, 2010. We need your abstracts by the deadline so we have enough time to create the programs and ship them to Hawaii. Please check the participants list to confirm that your abstract has been submitted. If your name has a red P or T next to it, we have not received your abstract. Visit the registration page (you will be asked to log in) to submit or update your abstract.
The registration deadline has been extended to February 26, 2010. If you have not registered and would like to attend please register as soon as possible. If you are not already a ROMS user please fill out this form to become a ROMS user.
For those requiring subsidized/cheaper accommodations, there may still be rooms available on campus. These rooms are rented on a first-come, first-served basis so it is highly recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible. Further details are available on the workshop travel page. As in the past, new information will be posted on the workshop website as it becomes available.
We have added a couple more hotels to the workshop travel page to give you a better idea of the range of accommodations available in Honolulu.
Looking forward to seeing you in Hawaii,
Organizing Committee,
Hernan G. Arango, IMCS, Rutgers University
John L. Wilkin, IMCS, Rutgers University
