Hi,
I am getting a memory overwrite of rzeta(:,:,knew) in step2d during the write of
rvbar(:,:,krhs) = rhs_vbar(:,:)
Before this loop, rzeta is OK, afterward it has NaN's lots of places. During the next step, thes knew values for rzeta become krhs values with lots of NaN's and then it blows chow. I have the iceshelf on. Without the ice shelf, it is fine.
Anybody have an idea where this bug is? It looks like a memory overwrite. I hate tracking these down and would appreciate info. How many people have tested the iceshelf option?
