Time average output

Dear ROMS users,
I would like to get clarrify that how to remove time averages in order to get hourly tidal output from ROMS simulation. Could anyone please throw light on this?

You could use nco to create a file that's the time averages of all your records. You could then use ncdiff to subtract that time mean from the other records. Is that what you meant?
