My ROMS Getting Started Procedure

Hi All,
I'm an early user of ROMS. In the last month I have had to install Roms-3.1 on different computer architectures and to share this procedure of installation with my collegues. The attached file is the result of an integration among the notes of my daily work book, the Hetland's movie, the discussions on the ROMS site's forum and the suggestions/corrections of some researchers,that are more expert than me. I produced it to carry on easier and quickler the installation.
Maybe my notes might be helpful and useful also for other ROMS's early users.
