ROMS with 2 cpu's

I'm taking over for someone else who got ROMS up and running on our Sun machine. I noticed that the machine has 2 cpu's, so is there anyway to compile/run ROMS to utilize both cpu's? Right now when it runs 1 is at 100% and the other at almost 0.

Maybe you should install OpenMP into your system and turn on USE_OpenMP while you compile ROMS.
