Hello everyone,
I have a question about the xi_position and eta_position of rivers.nc input.
I wonder the xi_position and eta_position refer to the internal grid or the rho grid(contains two more external columns).
If it refers to the rho grid, we can use i and j
But if it refers to the internal grid, we have to use i-1 and j-1.

It refers to i, j. The western-most u-point is at i=1.
