I'm a newer to ROMs. I'm trying to install netcdf according to unidata installation guide on centos,including zlib hdf5 netcdf4.3 netcdf-fortran-4.2. But there are many troubles when I run the upwelling test. Who can share your the installation process in detail. Thank you!
