Removed a problem when calling extract_obs3d to interpolate model 3D velocity to observation points. This computation needs the depths a U- and V-points. These depths were computed in a local (allocatable) scratch array. The problem arrised when that array was not allocated. This logic was removed by adding an additional 3D array z_v to mod_grid.F.

Also fixed a bug in make_macros.h during week constraint.

There a few bugs and typos in the 4DVAR estimation of surface fluxes which is activated with CPP flags ADJUST_WSTRESS and ADJUST_STFLUX. Many thanks to Gregoire Broquet for reporting these problems.

ROMS 3.0 Version 145

All ASCII input files (./Roms/External/*.in) specify in the command lines the time references 0000-01-01 00:00 for the input time_ref = -1 and time_ref = 0, while in all ./Roms/Utitliy/def_*.F-files the reference is 0001-01-01 00:00 resulting in a difference of one year.

Please correct the inconsistency. Please keep in mind that, for example, the ROMS-Ocean Modeling Discussion thread “Model Time Clocks” refers to the reference the year 0000. Would you also correct this thread if it is necessary.
