WebDAV Help

Space for file sharing among CSTM collegues is provided at hosted-projects. WebDAV is the protocol, and to copy files to or from dav/cmgsoft, a WebDAV client is required.

Linux machines with KDE

Konqueror can be used. Enter this destination-

webdav://hosted-projects.com/dav/cmgsoft

You will be prompted for username and password, and after that, dragging and dropping files should work fine.

Windows XP machines

Find My Network Places, the start the "add Network Place" wizard. When prompted, enter:

https://hosted-projects.com/dav/cmgsoft 

Answer the rest of the questions, and click finish- after that, click on the new network place, and dragging and dropping files should work fine.
