Setting up a new users for the SVN/Trac site

Step 1. Go to the ​Hosted Projects Customer Control Panel
Log in as the account holder, "cmgsoft"
Pull down Manage ACLs,
Hit Go,
and make an entry like:

[roms_sed:/branches/bubba_branch]
bubba = rw
* = r

This will give bubba permission to create the /branches/bubba_branch directory, and give everyone else only read permission.

Step 2. Still on the Control Panel page, pull down Manage Users, Hit Go and add the user names.

Step 3. Go to ​Trac Admin and add the user to the "cstmuser" group.
