The Administrator needs to do the following:

Step 1. Go to the ​Hosted Projects Customer Control Panel [[BR] Log in as the account holder,
Pull down Manage ACLs,
Hit Go,
and make an entry like:

[roms_sed:/branches/bubba_branch]
bubba = rw
* = r

This will give bubba permission to create the /branches/bubba_branch directory, and give everyone else only read permission.

Step 2. Pull down Manage Users, Hit Go and add the user names.

Step 3. Go to ​Trac Admin and add the user to the "cstmuser" group.
