Log in as the account holder, [[BR]]
Pull down {{{Manage ACLs}}}, [[BR]]
Hit '''Go''', [[BR]]
and make an entry like:

[roms_sed:/branches/bubba_branch]
bubba = rw
* = r
}}}

This will give bubba permission to create the /branches/bubba_branch directory, and give everyone else only read permission.
