How can I get ROMS 3.0

Hi everyone !
I've been trying to find out how to download ROMS 3.0 but I couldn't
have done yet. So, could you explain how/where to download ROMS 3.0 please?
And I don't know much about ROMS 3.0 so I'm wondering wheather I should pay for downloading ROMS 3.0 or not.

But also you will have to register yourself in the page of ROMS (see www.myroms.org) and wait for a password.
