scrip_coawst compiling problem

Hi, recently i downloaded the COAWST version 3.6.

But when I try to compile the Scrip_coawst lib at the first time, using the make command i obtain the error make: *** No rule to make target 'read_hydro.f'

But in the folder of the scrip_coawst code i can't find any file named read_hydro.f

Any idea what is the problem?
