Negative salinity during two way nesting

I have tried using a simple nesting set up (both one way and two way), when I run the two way nesting setup negative values arise and further it blows up[ cfl criterion is still valid] but for one way no such negative values arose. I would like to know the possible reasons for the same. The both simulations are run with same grid and associated files only the cppkey of nesting is different and also no rivers have been added too. S relaxation have been supplied by sss forcing file for the 2 setup.

I was wondering if you solved your two way nesting problem? I now get an error using the two way nesting simulation, but I don't know what went wrong. One-way nesting can work, but it blowing up quickly. I posted a post with detailed configuration and results: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=5529
