Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 15th International Estuarine and Coastal Modeling Conference (ECM15) will be held in Seattle, WA, USA, June 25-27, 2018.

This conference provides a unique venue for academic, commercial and government scientists and engineers from around the world to present and discuss the latest results and techniques in applied estuarine and coastal modeling. Presentations may be oral or poster, and accepted papers may also be published in a special issue of the open-access Journal of Marine Science and Engineering.

Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts for papers on a wide range of topic areas, including:

Coastal Flooding • Tidal Energy • Ecosystems • Harmful Algal Blooms • Coastal Resilience • Operational Modeling • Pollutant Transport • Water Quality • Climate Change • Specific Estuarine and Coastal Systems • Waves • Sediment Transport • Chemicals and Floatables • Oil Spills • Inverse Methods • Circulation • Facility Siting • Data Assimilation • Coupled Systems • Strong Buoyancy Forcing • Risk Analysis • Numerical Techniques • Skill Assessment • Data Access, Analysis and Visualization

The due date for abstracts is March 6, 2018.
