SEAGRID in MATLAB R2015b

Dear All,

I have compiled and run ROMS Upwelling/Downwelling case to test ROMS on Mac and it worked pretty good. Now the problem is to have all inputs (boundaries, bathymetry, generated grid...) to run a complex case.

I am trying to use SEAGRID in MATLAB R2015b for Mac. I have followed the instructions from README files and SEAGRID website, and some other topics of this community so far but I cannot get any luck running SEAGRID. I also have installed ROMS matlab tools, snctools and mexcdf.

Pleas could you give me some hints to have SEAGRID working.
