Just want to report the different results in ROMS tidal simulation from two different version of ROMS, V766 and V820 (see attached figure). The model runs have identical setting with RAMP_TIDES. My guess is that two version of ROMS have two different ramp up weight coefficient/function with different approaching curves (from zero to 1). Does anyone have any good idea why is that?
