gridpak on github now

I put both xcoast and gridpak on github this week. I also cleaned up the grid generation program "grid" so that it no longer fails during convergence - it simply iterates until things are no longer getting better and moves on (thanks to Alistair Adcroft for that tip).

There's another gridpak on github, but it's not for making ocean modeling grids.
