I have tried using fasham biological model in roms-2.2(I have been using roms-2.1). I faced certain problems.
When I am defining CARBON it is searching for Sdec_west in my climatology file. It is not asking for this if I am defining OXYGEN along with CARBON. But this time the model is showing some segmentation fault.
The model is working smoothly when CARBON and OXYGEN are undefined. Do I need to supply more variables when I define CARBON and OXYGEN?.
Is it not possible to activate CARBON alone(without OXYGEN being defined). Is there any paper defining the CARBON and OXYGEN dynamics in the model.
