doubts about some input and output files......

Hi,

I have some doubts of following input/output files

Input NetCDF file names, [1:Ngrids].

for e.g.,
!Input files

ITLNAME == myapp_itl.nc
IRPNAME == myapp_irp.nc
IADNAME == myapp_iad.nc
FWDNAME == myapp_fwd.nc
ADSNAME == myapp_ads.nc

so what is this file and how to create it..is it mandatory to use this files in realistic applications.?

They are all for the data assimilation package. I always ignore them.
