I am running ROMS-3.2 to simulate the basin scale Indian ocean circulation. It was running fine on cluster computing facility. When I am trying to run the same configuration on my new dual quadracore machine (all coefficients, time steps are same), it is blowing up saying NaN. I tried with different time steps also. When I asked about this in the forum, Kate replied that it may be writing problem.

How can I rectify this problem? At present I am writing monthly averages and monthly history files. Thanks in advance.
