I have a question about calculation of transport.
I ran the case with salt nudging for a year while feeding surface heat fluxes. I found discrepancy of mean net volume transport between a few sections (however, the net is reasonable domain widely). For example, the mean net volume transports are different at two consecutive sections. i.e., one is -310 m3/s and another is -420 m3/s. Then, where does excessive water (110 m3/s) go between two sections?
I expect that what goes in is same as what goes out. Any feedback is welcome.
