OMP and Intel compiler

To date I am still having trouble in getting the OMP version of TOMS to run when compiled with Intel compiler. It runs fine on SERIAL. Any bugs out there or other issues that I need to consider?

After the first print out of energy for the initial condition it just says:
Segmentation Fault :P
