How to output the boundary energy flux?

Dear all,
Is it possible to also output the energy flux crossing the OBCs into the standard "his" files? I didn't find any related options in the "in" files, and the version I'm using is ROMS 3.4.

I wrote one program by myself to calculate the energy flux from velocity and elevation fields.
