I do not think a specific tracer is available for this type of requirements.

The Fennel Module has an oxygen component in. But it is a nitrogen-based model, and oxygen depends on the amount of nitrogen available.

What type of question you interested in?

Thank you very much !

Hi,I want to do pollutant model to study the environmental capacity.
1) i know roms can add a passive tracer (set the ' NPT = 1 ! Number of inactive passive tracers' and 'define T_PASSIVE' in the cpp file), I think the COD also can model by passice tracer ?.
2) If can, How to do add the decay rate in the passive tracer ?
3) And i want to do a model 'couple' the COD wtih NPZD (or EcoSIM, NEMURO ) model. How to do ?

Thanks a lot !

I don't believe that ROMS has this capability, but you can modify the code to do it. I once applied a simple exponential decay to some passive tracers. I think I added code to step3d_t.F.
