ROMS and AGRIF ROMS

I've just started playing around with ROMS and have a question. What are the differences (capabilities, equations, input, output) between the MyROMS version and the AGRIF version? From what I've been able to figure out, the AGRIF version can do nesting more easily than the MyROMS version and there are some output differences but I'm sure that there are more differences. Thanks.
