How to use the matlab script for pre- &post- processing

#1 Unread post by lairuixun »

Hi,all. I notice that there are several ways to create the initial/boundary/forcing NetCDF files for ROMS. I downloaded the matlab script and there's no instructions of how to use it.
Following the forum, I have created a grid using Gridbuilder. But how to generate initial and boundary or forcing NetCDF files? Is there a basic instructions?

Now, I have created several forcing files according to the script of D_ECMWF2ROMS.
However, when i generate the initial and boundary files using d_mercator2roms.m and D_OBC_MERCATOR.m, I can not find the source dataset of mercator ocean data.
So my problem is how to download the mercator ocean data for these scripts?
Thanks all.

You can change it into your own case and use your own dataset
