What have you tried and what error did you get?

I don't know that you want me telling you what to do. I'd point you to github or at least "git svn clone blah blah".

Then, I used command: "Download, modify, and update the ROMS/TOMS source code using SVN"
But What's SVN? My computer can't run file SVN. Do ROMS only run Linux? My computer run Win7.

Yes, only Linux or similar environments, such as Cygwin. svn is also known as subversion, a version control system.

Now, I can't download ROMS.
I am finding out about how to use ROMS as: the algorithm is used, what is the input program? What is the output of the program? Where can data be retrieved, and how does the interface work? Can you send me a sample view of its interface? Can you tell me some of the original information?
