When I am using PCO2AIR_SECULAR option in cppdefs.h file, the model uses time varying pCO2air in fennel.h. I want to write this pCO2air in my avg, his, and dia files. This will enable me in monitoring the input pCO2air which the model understands. But I am not able to write out pCO2air in output fil...

How did you solve this? I am getting the same error while creating Boundary Condition for ROMS grid using GODAS data. Please help me to find out the error.
